New Integration Offers Comprehensive Data-Mapping and Real-Time Data Sync to Accelerate the Sales Cycle for MSPs

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – November 8, 2022 - SecurEdge today announced its first CRM integration into its digital commerce platform, Central Office. Designed for MSPs, by former MSPs, Central Office ties together CPQ, finance, fulfillment, partners, tools, and customer experience with simple workflow software.  

HubSpot is a cloud-based CRM system that focuses on improving the alignment between marketing, sales, and customer service. With the integration of HubSpot into Central Office, sales and operational teams can benefit from the sharing of real-time data, resulting in a more seamless and data-enriched process.

  • Deals and Pipeline Data: MSPs can track deals and manage their pipeline with faster and more complete visibility.  

  • Service Data: MSPs that use HubSpot’s Service Hub can also automate the creation of new service tickets and assign them to a specific ticket pipeline and stage.
