What is a monthly active team member?

A team member is active in any month when one or more activities have taken place on the platform. This includes creating a quote, adding or updating data in a project, reviewing reports, and communicating with other team members or customers.

What are team member roles?

Team member roles enable different workflow functions inside the software. Everyone is assigned at least one team member role (multiple roles are allowed). Choose between sales, operations, management, and support.

Do you charge for team members that provide support to customers?

No. Team members who are only assigned with the role of support will not be charged.

Do you offer a guided implementation process?

Absolutely. We have several implementation plans designed to streamline your onboarding process. Talk to a TechGrid team member for more details.

Do you offer custom integration services?

Yes! We can build custom integrations for you. If there is an existing API, we should be good to go.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards in the app. If you need alternative methods of payment like ACH transfer, you can let us know in the onboarding process, and we can set that up.

How secure is the TechGrid platform?

We take the security and privacy of your data seriously. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Team member roles have granular policies that put you in control over who has access to customer and financial information.
