Frequently asked questions

Do I need CPQ to use Fulfillment?

Yes. TechGrid Fulfillment is an add-on to TechGrid CPQ. You'll need an active CPQ subscription before adding Fulfillment to your plan.

How does Monthly Active Team Member billing work?

Each plan includes 3 MATMs for free. Beyond that, you're only charged for users who log in during a given month — not every seat you provision. Inactive users in a given month are not charged.

Which distributors, PSAs, and CRMs connect out of the box?

TechGrid connects to most major distributors including TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, and Pax8, giving you access to 1,700+ OEMs and 200+ ISVs. On the PSA side, we integrate with ConnectWise, Autotask, and HaloPSA. For CRM, we connect to HubSpot, Salesforce, and others to keep revenue, gross profit, and deal stages in sync automatically. 

What is included in implementation?

Every customer receives a structured implementation including a dedicated onboarding lead, integration setup, team training, and a target go-live between 30-90 days. Implementation is a one-time fee discussed during your sales conversation. Talk to sales about onboarding.

Does pricing change if our catalog or quote volume grows significantly?

 No. There's no limit on catalog size, and we don't cap how many quotes you can create. Your plan pricing is based on your tier and Monthly Active Team Members, not on how much you sell or how large your catalog grows.

What is the contract length?

 All plans are 12-month agreements that renew automatically each year on your contract start date.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Contact your sales rep to discuss mid-term adjustments and proration.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a self-serve trial, but we do offer a guided demo tailored to your business. Book a guided demo.

Are add-on features available on all plans?

Add-on features including Fulfillment and Custom Document Templates are available on all plans. Custom Guided Selling Workflows, and Custom Integration Support are only available for Professional and Enterprise plans. All add-ons include additional fees.

What happens when my contract ends?

Your account manager will reach out before your renewal date to review your usage and discuss the next term. Plans auto-renew unless you notify us in advance per your agreement terms.

Do you offer custom integration services

Yes. We can build custom integrations for you. If there is an existing API, we should be good to go. All custom integrations include additional fees. 

How secure is TechGrid?

We take the security and privacy of your data seriously. TechGrid is SOC-2 compliant and 3rd party tested. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Team member roles have granular policies that put you in control over who has access to customer and financial information.
