Frequently asked questions

Do I need CPQ to use Fulfillment?

Yes. TechGrid Fulfillment is an add-on to TechGrid CPQ. You'll need an active CPQ subscription before adding Fulfillment to your plan.

How does Order billing work?

Each Fulfillment plan includes a set number of orders per month — 15 on Core, 30 on Professional, and 100 on Enterprise. An order is any purchase order received or deal booked on the platform during that month. If you exceed your included order count, you're charged a flat per-order rate for the overage at the end of your billing period: $10/order on Core, $5/order on Professional, and $3/order on Enterprise.
